Merino wool comes from a breed of sheep characterised by their fine and ultra -soft wool. Since the 12th century they have been prized for this fine and uniquely crimped fleece. Unlike other standard wools merino is non itchy and hypoallergenic. It is also breathable and naturally regulates body temperature making it suitable to wear year round.
